Energy-saving/Heat Pump Double-Effect Concentrator
SHINVA double-effect concentrator for vacuum concentration of liquid materials in pharmaceutical, traditional Chinese medicine, food and chemical industries. In the energy-saving version, the first-effect secondary steam is used as the heat source of the second effect, increasing energy utilization. In the heat pump version, the first-effect secondary steam is compressed and reused for second-effect heating, generating significant boiler steam savings and reducing production costs. The equipment consists of a heat pump system (or vacuum), first-effect heating chamber, first-effect evaporation chamber, second-effect heating chamber, second-effect evaporation chamber, condenser, liquid receiving tank, pipes and valves.
