Single-effect Concentrator
SHINVA single-effect concentrator for vacuum concentration of liquid materials in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and traditional Chinese medicine industries. Part of the solvent in the material liquid is vaporized and continuously discharged under vacuum; after repeated cycles, the liquid concentration increases until the required specific ratio is reached, then it is discharged from the paste outlet. Available in WYZ version for aqueous solutions, WZYH version for alcohol recovery with large condensation and cooling area, achieving 70–85% recovery, loss below 5% and post-recovery temperature below 40 °C, and WZYS version for concentrated paste collection with direct evaporation through the jacket of the evaporation chamber, reaching a concentration ratio of 1.35 to 1.45.
