Three-Effect Concentrator

SHINVA three-effect concentrator designed for concentrating liquid materials in pharmaceutical, traditional Chinese medicine, food and chemical industries. Especially suitable for low-temperature vacuum concentration of heat-sensitive materials. Also available in reverse-flow configuration with crystallizer, enabling continuous feeding and concentration, with crystallization in the first effect — ideal for raw materials or excipients. The equipment offers alcohol recovery around 80%, intermittent or continuous feeding to paste in a single operation and automatic condensate drainage, reducing downtime and manual intervention.
