Z40W / Z85W Containment Capsule Filling Machine

The containment capsule filling machine, based on the Z-Series capsule machine's dosator filling technology, incorporates structural modifications to achieve IP65 sealing between the capsule filling zone and mechanical drive components. By adopting an isolator-like structure to encapsulate the filling zone, it forms a highly sealed capsule machine capable of Wash-in-Place (WIP), with an overall containment level compliant with OEB4-5 standards. The filling zone is equipped with HEPA filters for controlled air exchange with the external environment, effectively preventing powder leakage and contamination of the cleanroom. During operation, the entire capsule filling chamber maintains negative pressure, supported by integrated pressure monitoring sensors that automatically adjust to stabilize the pressure. The machine features an integrated cleaning and drainage system, ensuring robust containment to minimize internal powder leakage and providing enhanced operator protection.
