WAS Series Ampoule Water Sterilizer

SHINVA WAS series super-heated water sterilizer for sterilization, leak detection and washing of ampoules, oral liquids and small volume injections. The sterilizing medium — super-heated water — is distributed by showering over the products, ensuring uniform heating and effective sterilization at temperatures below 100 °C. The equipment avoids the temperature dead-leg risks typical of steam sterilization and prevents recontamination by cooling water, since the product has no direct contact with saturated steam or cooling water. The cycle is controlled by an automatic program, ensuring reproducibility and compliance with GMP requirements.
