MPSM/XPSM Series Dynamic Water Sterilizer
SHINVA MPSM/XPSM series dynamic super-heated water sterilizer, suitable for sterilization of suspensions, emulsions and other easily precipitated or heat-sensitive chemical drugs, as well as oral liquids packaged in IV bottles. The equipment uses high-temperature circulating water as the sterilizing medium, enabling uniform sterilization at low temperatures (not exceeding 100 °C). Unlike steam sterilizers, it eliminates the problem of temperature dead legs caused by cold air and prevents product recontamination from cooling water during the cooling step. The unique pressure balance technology ensures safety throughout the process, preventing bottle explosion.
