PSM Series Super-Heated Water Sterilizer
SHINVA PSM series super-heated water sterilizer for sterilization of suspensions, emulsions, chemically sensitive products and oral liquids packaged in IV bottles. The sterilizing medium — super-heated water — is sprayed directly onto the products and circulates in a closed loop between chamber, circulation pump, heat exchanger and spray device. Heat is transferred to the products during heating, sterilization and cooling. Industrial saturated steam and cooling water act only on the external heat exchanger, without direct contact with the sterilized items. Throughout the cycle, internal pressure is balanced by controlling compressed air supply into the chamber, effectively protecting bottles from deformation or bursting.
