DHS Series Dry Heat Sterilizer
SHINVA DHS series dry heat sterilizer for drying and sterilizing empty glass bottles, API barrels, equipment parts, vials and metal containers. Heated air is circulated by a fan through high-temperature resistant HEPA filters, forming a uniform and directional flow that removes moisture from the surface of the articles. During the sterilization phase, the chamber maintains a slight positive pressure with intermittent fresh air intake. At the end of the cycle, a fresh air or cooling water valve is opened to reduce the temperature to the set value, triggering an audible and visual alarm for door opening.
