Moist Heat Sterilizer for Liquid Preparation

The SHINVA Moist Heat Sterilizer for Liquid Preparation family brings together six equipment lines developed for sterilizing liquid products in ampoules, glass bottles, oral liquid bottles and small infusion bottles. Each series meets specific formulation and process characteristics. The SAS series is an ampoule steam sterilizer with optimized spray system, more uniform spraying, multiple leak detection methods and a new high-efficiency washing method. The WAS series uses hot water for heating and sterilization, allowing uniform low-temperature sterilization (below 100 °C), and is indicated for sterilization, leak detection and washing of ampoules, oral liquids and small glass bottles. The WRA series is a rotary super-heated water sterilizer for ampoules, designed for suspensions, emulsions and heat-sensitive or precipitation-prone medicines. The PSM series offers rapid heating and cooling, an exclusive energy-saving system reducing consumption by more than 20% and dynamic sterilization according to product characteristics. The XASM/XPSM series performs dynamic super-heated water sterilization, keeping the medicine in motion throughout the cycle to ensure thermal uniformity and prevent precipitation or solidification. The RFM series uses air/steam mixture, with an exclusive air circulation system for efficient cooling and drying, a patented temperature control strategy and suitability for pre-filled syringes, powder-liquid multi-chamber bags and other products. Together, these lines provide complete solutions for terminal sterilization of liquid preparations, with GMP and cGMP compliance.
