SAS Series Ampoule Steam Sterilizer
SHINVA SAS series ampoule steam sterilizer, which uses hot pressurized pure steam as the sterilizing medium to achieve uniform sterilization between 101 °C and 130 °C. The equipment is widely used for sterilization, leak detection and washing of ampoules, oral liquids and small volume injectable products. Its design ensures homogeneous thermal distribution inside the chamber, eliminating cold spots and ensuring cycle efficacy throughout the load. The automatic program control manages heating, sterilization and cooling phases, while the pressure balancing system protects bottles from deformation during the process.
