SMP Series Powder Steam Sterilizer
SHINVA SMP series powder steam sterilizer, designed to ensure complete air elimination during sterilization. Saturated steam enters the whole chamber and penetrates herbal materials, powders, granules and tablets. Heating and sterilization are achieved by directly feeding clean steam, providing uniform heat distribution through jacket heating. Initial preheating prevents agglomeration of herbal powder, while final drying is completed by air exhaust (one or more times) and replacement of moist air with sterile air. The technical process follows the steps: dehumidification by preheating, air removal by pulse, fast heat up, sterilization, rapid drying by hot air and end. The equipment can be widely used in sterilization and drying of traditional Chinese medicine powders, granule medicines and other items with very high sterilization and drying requirements.
