The SHINVA Automatic Light Inspector for Plastic Ampoules aims to reduce the excessive personnel occupation in the light inspection process of pharmaceutical factories through intelligent inspection. It detects typical appearance deviations in automatic plastic ampoule production such as burnt black spots on the outer wall, missing ampoules in a block, poor cutting, burrs/flash, scale defects and filling errors. The AI intelligent detection system developed in-house by SHINVA offers strong applicability, high detection accuracy and efficiency. The software system meets the relevant requirements of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP 5, including product detection database, statistical analysis and detection data trend analysis functions. Validation service can be provided.
