Ampoule Washing, Drying, Filling and Sealing Linkage Line
The SHINVA Ampoule Washing, Drying, Filling and Sealing Linkage Line is designed for the production of small-volume injectables in 1 to 20 ml ampoules. The line consists of three main machines: the AQCL series vertical ultrasonic washer, the ASMR series tunnel hot air sterilization oven and the AGF series vertical filling and sealing machine. Each area — washing, drying/sterilization and filling/sealing — can operate independently, but can also be configured as a compact integrated line, performing more than 20 sequential steps. The process includes water spraying, ultrasonic washing, manipulator handling, bottle overturning, internal and external water spraying, internal and external air blowing, preheating, drying and sterilization, cooling, front air filling, product filling, back air filling, ampoule preheating, sealing and other operations. The universal version can be used for both ampoules and antibiotic bottles, offering flexibility for different injectable formats. The line is suitable for the injectables sector in pharmaceutical industries seeking high productivity, compliance with GMP and cGMP requirements and automated integration between critical process stages.
