Vial Washing, Drying, Filling and Sealing Linkage Line
The SHINVA Vial Washing, Drying, Filling and Sealing Linkage Line is designed for washing, drying and sterilizing, filling and stoppering, and capping of vials used for liquid injectable products and freeze-dried powder. The line consists of four main machines: the KQCL series vertical ultrasonic washer, the MRSJ series tunnel hot air sterilization oven, the KGS series vial filling and stoppering machine and the KZG series vial capping machine. Each machine can operate independently or be combined into a compact integrated line, performing more than 20 sequential procedures during production. The modular configuration offers flexibility for different vial formats and production volumes, meeting GMP and cGMP requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.
