SGFA10 Intelligent Pre-Filled Syringe Production Line

The SHINVA SGFA10 pre-filled syringe production line is the ideal solution for automatic processing of nested syringes, with medium to high capacity. The line consists of an automatic unpacking machine, automatic box opening machine and automatic filling and sealing machine. By using wash-free and pre-sterilized nested syringes, the line eliminates the need for washing machines and tunnel ovens, reducing both equipment investment and cross-contamination risk. The filling station is close to the stoppering station, allowing immediate closing after filling. This minimizes the exposure time of the liquid medicine and reduces contamination risks. The system can also be equipped with vacuum stoppering and vacuum nitrogen filling functions, meeting strict residual oxygen requirements with a target below 1%. During unpacking, the nest box is pushed out of the outer bag and syringes enter directly into the Grade B+A filling and sealing area without crossing lower-grade areas. The outer bag collection box has sound and light alarms, while the film tearing manipulator is independently developed and manufactured for fast service. The integrated robot motion control system provides quick and stable response, and the nest plate inching platform uses a double servo design for accurate positioning. The gantry-type filling and stoppering structure has a long service life and is maintenance-free.
