Multi-Lane Sachet Packaging Machine

The SHINVA multi-lane sachet packaging machine was developed for high productivity and reliability in forming, filling and sealing sachets in multiple lanes simultaneously. The equipment features a laser ranging sensor that triggers an automatic alarm when film is absent, as well as an automatic film pressing and plate matching system for fast roll changeover. UV laser coding can be performed online and on multiple lines, producing sharp and legible characters. Film cutting is performed by a servo-driven active hob, ensuring straight edges without deviation. Servo flexible welding and independent mold heating control provide consistent, high-strength welded joints. Online ionic air cleaning eliminates the risk of dust and particle contamination, while the reticulated surface pressing and cold embossing system offers excellent sealing properties and clear pattern lines. PID temperature control keeps deviation within ±2 °C, ensuring stable welding strength. All actuators are driven by servo motors and managed by imported high-end motion controllers, guaranteeing precise response and stable operation.
