Vacuum Decay Leak Testing Machine
SHINVA vacuum decay leak testing machine for seal integrity verification of single-dose and multi-dose BFS (blow-fill-seal) packages in the 0.2 ml to 20 ml range. It uses the absolute differential pressure method, which is less affected by environmental fluctuations and achieves detection precision of up to 5 μm. The linear configuration with magnetic levitation drive provides high speed, precise positioning and a reduced number of test cavities. Each station has an independent vacuum system, an integrated drying station for leaking cavities and a self-check function that prevents loading into faulty cavities.
