The SHINVA VDM (Vacuum Decay Method) Leak Detection Machine is one of the essential testing equipment for BFS lines, offering 100% product coverage inspection and quantifiable leakage data. It mainly detects 0.2–10 ml plastic ampoules, multi-dose eye drops, penicillin vials and similar products, with detection speed under 8 s for 5 μm leak holes and sensitivity for holes as small as 3 μm. Linear layout and modular structure deliver sensor utilization of up to 83%. A separate blow-drying station rapidly dries mold cavities where leakage occurred, and each testing instrument is equipped with an independent vacuum pump, reducing mutual interference and ensuring the accuracy of validation data.
