The CP50SS system performs continuous powder mixing with a single material assigned to each feeding unit, ensuring accurate feeding and stable flow. Material conveying adopts a hopper/vacuum feeder combined with a high-precision metering valve to reduce feeding disturbance. The mixing unit supports a variety of blade installation methods to increase the average residence time and material holdup, ensuring mixing uniformity.
