VHP Pass Box

SHINVA vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) pass box, model VHP-PB-640, designed to sterilize the outer surface of moisture and heat resistant items during transfer from low-level to high-level clean areas. The equipment reduces the risk of cross-contamination in cleanrooms and aseptic environments, meeting the requirements of the new Chinese GMP. Flash evaporation technology rapidly converts liquid hydrogen peroxide into gas, ensuring log6 kill capability. High-precision sensors and a dual detection system with micro-metering accurately control the amount of peroxide used, ensuring cycle efficacy and reproducibility. The chamber interior features an integrated matte finish, large rounded corners and horizontal laminar flow, eliminating accumulation points and ensuring uniform gas distribution. The unit offers humidity control with desiccant or compressed air dehumidification options, Siemens TP touchscreen interface, three permission levels, electronic signature, audit trail and SCADA connectivity.
