Reactor

SHINVA reactor designed to promote controlled chemical reactions between liquids and solids, with stirring, temperature and pressure control and integrated heat exchange. The anchor or paddle stirrer ensures uniform mixing in a short time, while the frequency converter allows rotation adjustment with temperature indication and control. Parts in contact with the product are mirror-polished stainless steel, enabling CIP and SIP according to hygiene standards. The aluminum silicate insulation layer improves heat retention, and the specialized mechanical seal has minimal leakage for different reaction conditions. The unique internal baffle improves agitation and facilitates cleaning, allowing safe operation at high temperature, high pressure and chloride ion environments.
