Solid Drier
SHINVA vacuum continuous belt solid drier for continuous drying of wet solid materials under vacuum and low temperature. The material is fed by an adaptive feeder and spread evenly over a low-speed belt with 3 to 13 layers, whose ends are staggered to allow gravity transfer between layers. Independent heating plates per layer enable precise temperature control between 30 °C and 180 °C, using steam or hot water as the thermal fluid. The equipment allows internal or external product cooling, continuous feeding and discharging, drying time adjustment between 30 and 150 minutes, and can be equipped with optional CIP and SIP systems.
