Fixed Automatic Loading and Unloading System
The SHINVA Fixed Automatic Loading and Unloading System interlocks equipment and provides automatic control across the freeze-drying core area, running loading, freeze-drying and unloading automatically and unmanned. By eliminating operator contact with the product, it cuts off contamination sources and enables aseptic product control while also improving production efficiency. The system can be equipped with O-RABS, C-RABS or sterile isolator barriers according to user needs and the containment level required by the process.
