Integrated Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilization System
SHINVA integrated vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) sterilization system, model VHP-FS1000, which embeds the VHP generator into the existing HVAC air conditioning system. Before sterilization, the HVAC adjusts the target space temperature and humidity to meet process requirements. During sterilization, the VHP generator produces hydrogen peroxide vapor, which is conveyed and diffused by the air conditioning system itself to reach the entire room or target area. After sterilization, the HVAC activates residue removal mode, promoting rapid discharge of residual vapor and ensuring safe resumption of operations. The solution eliminates the need for additional distribution equipment and leverages the existing climate control infrastructure.
