Preparation System
SHINVA preparation system for preparation and transfer of various buffers, adjuvants, purification reagents, blockers and other liquid solutions. With modular design and capacities from 10 to 10,000 L, the system offers fully automatic CIP and SIP, top or bottom stirring for liquid and solid mixing, multiple feeding methods (powder, mother liquor and WFI), level or weighing measurement for automatic dosing, automatic pH adjustment and aseptic transfer with in-line sterile filter. The temperature control unit enables rapid heating, rapid cooling and cryogenic preservation.
