Turnkey Solution for Small Volume Injection
The SHINVA Turnkey Solution for Small Volume Injection integrates, in a single plant, all production stages of small volume injectables: preparation system, Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) machine for plastic bottles, rotary sterilizing and leak detection, VDM leak detection machine, automatic light inspector for plastic ampoules, automatic packaging machine, automated sterilization logistics system and automation/informatization system. The scope covers from preparation to final packaging, with applications in ampoules, pre-filled syringes, eye drops, inhalants and suspensions, oral liquids and hyaluronic acid skin care products. The in-house developed SmartPack BFS platform incorporates advanced international technology and SHINVA's know-how, ensuring high automation, stable performance and aseptic safety for terminal or non-terminal sterilization lines.
