Percolation Tank

SHINVA percolation tank designed for dynamic extraction in pharmaceutical, biological, food and traditional medicine industries. It is especially suitable for extracting precious medicinal raw materials, toxic materials and high-concentration preparations, as well as raw materials with low active ingredient content. The percolation process enables high solvent utilization, complete active extraction and direct extract collection. The equipment is available in straight cylindrical and positive cone configurations, built entirely in stainless steel with polished internal and external surfaces, free of dead legs and easy to clean, meeting Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
